After the 4th, I get this: We are unable to issue a refund in situations beyond our control. This includes if a venue chooses not to broadcast, incompatibility with personal devices or networks, errors we cannot replicate, and similar instances. As indicated in both our 'FAQ' subscription fees are final and non-refundable. My reply: Except when you fail to provide the said service that the customer pays for. Expect a chargeback.
