The company has horrible customer service. The cameras dont work and I cant watch my son's hockey game. Their response "Where possible, we first try to solve potential issues remotely, however it's important to note that this is not always possible. In those situations we may require multiple parties to resolve it and this may cause delays. As each situation is unique, we're unable to provide an ETA for when service will be restored. If they can't provide the product (live video of a game when the game happens), they should credit their customers.
