I bought toothbrush heads from them once, the "recyclability" of them was very unconvincing - you have to post them back which seems pretty wasteful and I couldn't find proof of recycling.Once you're on their mailing list though I found I got regular and annoying emails (lots of "whoops we made a mistake" type promotions), I wouldn't normally take the time to review something like this but their emails are so annoying that I figured I'd give them the review and rate them down from just "ok" to "bad" on the basis that not only are their green credentials unconvincing but their marketing is completely excessive. An update on this - since posting Livecoco have tried to have this review taken down twice - first for being abusive, secondly for being the wrong domain.
