I just wanted to share how incredible our recent visit to Old Trafford was. We organised a lads trip for our friend’s very first football match, which meant so much to all of us as he has Cerebral Palsy and attending a live game was a huge moment for him.
We purchased hospitality tickets with access to the Trinity Club, and from the moment we arrived everything was outstanding — the food, drinks, facilities, and especially the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The whole experience felt special from start to finish.
What truly made the day unforgettable, though, was the way your team handled things when it became clear we were attending with someone who has additional mobility needs. As the club hadn’t been informed in advance, staff quickly stepped in and went above and beyond to arrange suitable seating for us without any fuss. The kindness, efficiency, and genuine care shown meant the world to our friend and to all of us.
Because of your team, he was able to enjoy his first live match comfortably and with dignity — something we will never forget. Thank you for making such an important day even more special.
As a first time user i was getting anxious as the event approached & the tickets hadn't arrived. Customer Services are very attentive however their hands are tied until the seller provide you with the link to the tickets.
Patience is required. In the end we received an FOC upgrade to VIP hospitality seats. 3 course meal, best seats in the house & an experience none of us will ever forget
From the start to the end the communication was great, added to WhatsApp group dedicated for me, told everything what to do to ensure everything runs smoothly, tickets arrived Thursday and were on my phone in 5 mins if that, got to anfield today for the game, straight entry through no issues whatsoever, also got a free upgrade as well which was unexpected but very appreciated, was a present for my dad's 60th, we both had a great time and a nice 3-0 win, couldn't recommend these enough, definitely will be using them again, just do as they instruct and you'll be perfectly fine, will be using this company again 100%, thank you for a cracking night and making a great birthday for my father
Travelled 2 hours to get to a west ham game in London. Tried to enter multiple gates and finally went to the ticket booth to be told they were fake tickets. Tried to contact them multiple times time over the only way to contact them (email) to be given a new set of tickets. We walked back to the stadium to be told those one do not work either. Then tried to contact these guys over email again to be ignored until the next day. Had to contact Klarna who I used to buy the tickets with to get them to contact them for a refund. They have accepted the refund but refuse to give me compensation over the time and money to get a train and hotel for that game. This was meant to be a gift to my dad. Be aware guys.
I bought two tickets for the Chelsea vs Leeds match (Feb 10). To be honest, the process was quite stressful. The tickets were sent to me the day before the match, which still made me a bit nervous as I was travelling from abroad.
The real issue happened at the stadium. When scanning at the turnstile, one of the tickets showed RED ("Already Used / Entry Denied"). I was stuck outside while the match was about to start.

If things go wrong, they actually honor their guarantee and will not leave you stranded. Highly recommend, but be prepared for some last-minute adrenaline!
Amazing experience! Bought two tickets for the game at anfield vs Man City .. tickets arrived one day before and everything went really smoothly. I was very suspicious at first but at the end it was worth it!! One in a life time memory and in a reasonable price all thanks to live football tickets!
Im always worried about being scammed on 3rd party websites but i bought tickets from here, all be it a bit worried.

Worked but the ticket went to my google wallet even though I clicked the iPhone link which was a bit of an issue. The tickets also said “iPhone users only” so that was a bit weird. Lucky I had a spare android device handy. Not sure what I would’ve done otherwise.
