I ordered three items for my daughter in Germany, paying with my credit card from Australia. Without my consent, this card was later used for her membership, which continued without my knowledge, resulting in repeat orders. I discovered this only after three orders, none of which were delivered. I've been attempting to secure a refund for the unwanted membership and undelivered items, but the responses from the support team focus only on their policies, denying responsibility for returns that don't reach their warehouse. I never authorized the use of my credit card for a membership, so there shouldn't have been any subscription. I received no products or notifications, tracking indicates the items were returned undeliverable, yet there's still no refund. I strongly advise against using this service!
