The worst service, it works as a scam, mainly for foreigners, DO NOT BUY. They take the money from the credit card immediately when buying, even not doing anything else for over two weeks. After buying I was informed it was going to take three weeks to (expected as it could take more) deliver the item they supposedly had in the warehouse, as it was a sandal and I need it, I cancelled the order as I could and refund is supposedly immediate for liverpool credit card owners (as there is nothing to check). It was not a return, it was a cancellation of an item that never left their stores, it is over two weeks, two emails, three phone calls and in all I'm always told they will refund in two days ... and the two days passed since the last one and no refund. I travel a lot in Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and buy items frequently, I never saw this from a supposedly structured company, it is the type of customer service companies that are now bankrupt had 20 years ago, DO NOT BUY from them.
