I am a fan of the club but I have recently had a bad experience with the online shop. I ordered two items couple of week ago for Christmas. Hermes lost the originals, made several phone calls to the online shop team. They tried to tell me the goods had been delivered as they had a signature. They then spoke to Hermes and they said it was a mis-scan and they would re-deliver the following day. On the 13th of December I made another phone call saying the goods had still not been delivered. I was assured that the goods would be Despatched that day and I would get them Monday/Tuesday of this week. As of yet they have not been despatched. 😡 I have emailed them and as of yet had no reply. Not happy.
