Where to start. This is quite a long review but I have spend a few K with these guys so if you are thinking about it, it would be worth looking at these types of comments..I started trading about a year ago and found Live traders in the new year. I was beginning to think trading in general was a scam but took the opportunity to look at the live trading room and was amazed to see people actually making money. I decided to stick around. Jared says this is going to take time and my experience matches this. His setting of expectations to match reality was vital for me to still be trading now. He also banged home about money management and I am so glad he did. After watching for a while I decided to purchase PTS. The course is expensive in some ways (initial outlay) but it will pay for itself many times over by the time I am finished. The course itself is deep. By this I mean I watched it over a weekend and thought it was good but then I've watched sections another 5 times and get some more out of it each time I do. I guess I am improving and as I do what I can understand gets deeper. I've also purchased the options course which although I've watched I haven't really tried as yet. I will do soon but I am still getting the basics in order. I love the fact that Jared and Anmol are giving others the chance to open the room sometimes. This gives completely new perspectives from different successful traders so I am learning a load. I have joined the coaching group which is a bargin. Its unfortunate family commitments have got in the way so far but I have had very positive and constructive comments from trades I have posted. There was a problem earlier in the year when I joined a quite expensive group and the guy decided to pack it in. Live traders were very fair in the way they delt with this and transferred all of the money I had paid onto Anmols news letter (which I had already subscribed to) so no complaints at all about there ability to act in a honourable way.The only niggle I have is the right wing American politics (no one is perfect ;-/) because I am from the uk, but to be honest now I am trading it just doesn't' bother me. The big question is I guess, is the money I have spent worth it. Right now I believe it is. If I know what I know now at the start I would pay for everything I have again. I believe making money from trading is nearly impossible (based on the 90 odd percent failure rate) but I also believe that giving this my all will pay off. Where am I with it now.I only have a few k to trade with. After listening to Jared I quickly learned I was doing it all wrong (thank God) and managed to stop doing what I was doing which honestly saved me 95% of the few K I have. Since then I have bumbled along near break even most months. Something really clicked though and last month I hit 9R in what was quite a weird market environment. This proved to me I can actually do this. I am learning load still. One of the guys recommended VPA so I am now studying this as well which for me really helps. PTS covers this but in a different way and having a look at the same thing from 2 different viewpoints really helps. I believe I can be successful (based on my experience) but this will take as long as it takes. I want to thanks everyone at live traders for the knowledge and confidence I now have. I have a way to go but I am walking the path and there is no plan B for me. It its own time of course.
