I love their clothes and spend quite a bit, but I'm disappointed with the December return policy. A Christmas gift I bought needed to be returned due to a fitting issue, but the refund will be via a gift card because the return (on January 6th) was deemed 'late'. What happened to the extended Christmas return period? Thankfully, I only spent £70 this time.
