Wrong item sent. Complained and passed over to Woucher who after 29 WhatsApp messages passed me back to Living Social. I have exchanged a similar number of emails with them and they have blamed Woucher. Both have ignored my suggestion of my keeping the item but refunding the postage, so 10 days on, I am no further forward. They both have phone numbers but person is told that they don’t communicate by phone! Definitely avoid.
