Ordered four reclining chairs, when arrived I took 1 out of the box to find a deck chair in a fixed reclined position which then folded into a bed. Not what was advertised, items returned at my expense only to be given a credit. Have now sent them further correspondence to remind them of the consumer act that I'm entitled to a full refund. The saga continues. Legal action will be taken.
