I am extremely disappointed with LivingSocial's customer service. I followed all required steps for a refund, including notifying the company well in advance. Despite this, LivingSocial failed to take any action until I sent a follow-up email.Upon contacting customer service, I was told by Scott Welby that they would not process a refund because they had charged a non-arrival fee. This happened even though the delay and lack of communication were entirely their fault. I provided all necessary information on time, but LivingSocial failed to act, leading to this unjust charge.Even after pointing out their error and requesting a prompt resolution, LivingSocial has refused to issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and their unwillingness to rectify their mistakes shows a complete lack of customer care.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using LivingSocial. Their failure to manage refunds appropriately and their poor communication reflect poorly on their business. I will be seeking a refund through my bank and will not be using their services again.
