I wish I’d read the reviews before being scammed by this company. Ordered some plants. Paid £16.97 via PayPal. Never arrived. A week later I got an email stating ‘your account has been credited £7.99’. At no point did they tell me my order had been cancelled their end. And I’m left wondering what’s going on and where is the rest of my money? Phone number isn’t manned (just a recorded message about coronavirus- over 2 years on?…that old chestnut?? Give me a break- other companies have been answering phones for well over a year), emails bounce back and contact via WhatsApp seems to be a long winded negotiation on how much of MY money I can get refunded and how long it will take. I will NEVER use these scammers again. No plants and still no refund of any of my money. Opening a dispute via PayPal. Buyer beware.
