This company used to be a good company that you could call and discuss any issues, they are now affiliated or partnered up with WOWCHER, they have become awful. Their terms and conditions have changed during the Covid lockdown and will not pick up any phone calls with the ridiculous message on the answer machine message that they are operating under government COVID-19 guidelines! They refuse to allow me to use my over £200.00 credit balance, they just stop communicating with you. They tell you it’s lost and that’s it.. Honestly I would not recommend this company at all! Sad, all that advertising and when it comes to retaining and valuing your customers you just don’t care!!
