Bought a bed frame and mattress from LS. The frame arrived but still no mattress. I've got receipts but LS said order was lost. Had several emails from them saying they were going to 'resolve' it, but nothing more than that. LS seem to have locked me out of my acct - though I do have copies of receipts etc. This company appears to be genuine, but sadly their customer service ability is far from adequate. LS initially 'engaged' but didn't do anything, now they blank me cos I've mentioned Trading Standards and legal action. As my hubby and I are OAP's and disabled, I think their performance and attitude has been shameful. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
