If i could give this 0 rating i would. Worth noting that this company are a subsidiary of WOWCHER, which i did not know.I paid for a mattress through this company on 7th Dec. Delivery was guaranteed by 31st dec but i never received any communication about the mattress/delivery. I've now been in conversation with their 'customer service team' for 15 days and they are still refusing to process a refund, even though the merchant is not responding to any of their emails or my emails. My only choice now is to try to claim from my credit card company. I cannot stress enough how awful they have been. I could not recommend anyone buy any product from this company.
