No stars FRAUDULANT ordered a flyball for a Christmas present towards mid November it never arrived. (due to Royal Mail strikes left it a few weeks- other stuff I'd ordered after this one arrived ok via RM) No contact details to get in touch ie email, phone, customer services on line chat nothing. Went through Paypal so got them involved (got an instant refund) then an email via trustpilot saying they'd (living social) will contact me within 48 hrs that was around 7th Dec Still not heard from them
