Waited two weeks for deluxe Christmas crackers for a party on the 3rd December.Ordered on the 24 th November, thinking it was plenty of time.Dozens of email's later, Although I've paid for them , apparently there just sitting there, Because I need to redeem them ?What ! I said, I had no idea, I only shop online every now and then.Is this redeem a new thing ?How many more people don't get the redeem bit.Is it a case off 1000s of pounds sitting in banks growing interest, making people fight for their money back?Very clever .Well I'll be getting mine back if I have to go to the main office.
