I didn't have any questions; the person assisting sent a message explaining everything I needed to know. However, I was disappointed that the website did not specify beforehand that I needed to get my own housing insurance. I would have preferred this to be included in the booking price or at least informed before I booked. Also, the location's address was not specified on the website as far as I could see.
