Really disappointed with Living Social. Following a WhatsApp chat that did not resolve my issue, I was told my case was being passed to an agent and that I would receive contact in 24 hours. This did not happen. I had stressed that I cannot use the voucher on 27th November due to unforeseen circumstances and that the hotel were happy to rearrange a new date but needed Living Social (Wowchers) permission. Despite trying repeatedly to re engage via WhatsApp and email, I have heard nothing from Living Social. I should not have to lose out on this stay, just for the want of not having the ability to communicate with Living Social. Please can you engage; and it is a shame that I have to write this publicly. Your WhatsApp system is not working!
