The customer care experience has been the worst I've dealt with. All the contact information online is outdated, and the phone number has a message from COVID times and isn't manned! The only way to reach them is via messaging, which took three days for a response, and then they asked for information I had already provided. Nearly a week later, I'm still waiting for a reply. :( WOW, I received a very quick response: ( You have all my information, both by email and messaging, yet no assistance has been provided. How do you maintain such a rating?
