Good experience thus far. Not a patient here as of yet, but was agreed to be taken on privately as an emergency yesterday when my old dentist had refused any private appointments for over a week running.
Reception staff kind and helpful, dentist was gentle and informative and explained absolutely everything after examining me. Took an xray and gave me antibiotics which have begun to get me out of pain- such a relief.
Practice booked up quite a while in advance, however I was offered a cancellation for just over a week’s time which was great.
Toilet clean and spacious. Was shown out by a helpful dental nurse when I couldn’t find my way.
As a private patient, yes it was pricey but cheaper -and far better service than my last dentist. Not currently taking on NHS patients unfortunately but hopefully in the future that’s something they will offer.
Will update next time I see these guys if anything changes.
