This is one of the worst brokers I have encountered. It takes an excessively long time to clear the border; this is my eighth attempt this week. They claim they haven't received the documents and are constantly shifting responsibilities among team members. Even during calls, they said they received the documents but they haven't been processed in the system after four hours.
