I am sorry I have to use your services because your services do not meet my expectations at the best of time. You don’t have to investigate this matter to improve your service levels because you have been investigating this matter since 2017 and clearly your investigative processes are not at PAR (play on word there). You do not give your front line call centre agents any power other than to give the same canned response that we will escalate and flag your shipment …and you get the same response when you call every 4 hours. Your company does not respect drivers and their work effort. The best thing we can do is to add a line item that if your broker is Livingston you have to pay layover up front. Hopefully that will compel them to move away from you so you can have breathing room to investigate this matter further.
