The dayshift crew for my north bound and southbound do a great job, the afternoon/evening crew not such a good job. Whether it's a lack of staff or knowledgeable staff i'm not sure. I do know that i hate to deal with them on the phone, mostly because your phone system is terrible. You definitely need to deal with your phone system, because no one ever returns calls when messages are left. I try to get all my brokering needs done during the hours of 7am to 4pm, because that's where i feel i get the best service. Thank you
