My driver sitting at the border since yesterday at 0200 pm. Papers sent yesterday morning, if you call them they will always say someone is working on it, it should be a go in few minutes. I called them now, they said the same thing. i will make sure with the customers at the time of shipment booking that Livingston should not be the customer broker of the shipments, I would prefer not to book the shipment rather than wasting mine and my driver's time at the border. If you explain them the urgency, they will always say...I do understand, but actually they don't... they are just pretending that they know everything regarding the load clearance, but they don't.. that's how you see low wages work in the offices... if you hire people on excellent pay, you will not ending up seeing 1.5 star in your company's review. All businesses know that Livingston is worst, that's why they switching with other good brokers in the market. They are genuinely know what they are doing rather than pretending. hope you guys get better soon.
