Fraudulent company. Stay away. I ordered a coat that doesn't fit, and they sent me the wrong one. They claim returns aren't recommended due to customs issues. They want me to accept store credit instead, which I refuse since they can't provide the correct items as advertised. They also expect me to cover return shipping for their mistake. If they're willing to give store credit and let me keep the wrong item, I don't understand why they can't just issue a refund. It's a scam.
