I had a very disappointing experience with the retailer. After placing an order, I was informed that items were out of stock without details. After numerous emails, I was told all items were unavailable, only to later be informed that one had shipped. It took three weeks to arrive, and the quality was very poor. When I requested a return, I was told I had to cover shipping back overseas. Instead, they offered me a 10% refund or store credit. Why would I want credit for a site with such low-quality service and products? Customer service was frustrating, with inconsistent information. Overall, terrible quality, unhelpful service, and misleading processes. I will never order from this store again and recommend others to steer clear.
