Don't waste your money ! I joined the program with high hopes as they featured in Shark Tank India and provided my challenges and weight related issues. The communication is very poor. The App is basic and does not notify you. The overall structure of the program is inherently ineffective. The nutritionist job l is to just give you a meal plan and receipees which is easily available online. No follow up or care to meet the objectives. I had to follow up for my meal plan and next steps. I regret paying money for the program and I wished it could have been spent somewhere else.
