Giving two stars only since their nutritionist responds on time, however, it is a useless program and despite everything i only lost 500 gms; Their meals are unrealistic considering the hectic schedules and despite of telling them several times, they would still give you recipes that would need considerable of amount of time in cooking and packing for office. To top it all, i have reached out to them several times to discontinue my plan and refund the balance, but they dont even bother to respond to you. In short, if you want to waste your money, please subscribe to their plans
