I ordered a sweater in Dec,the top didn't really suit me, I requested for an exchange, they are so kind by allowing me to order another clothes without topping a single cent though the 2nd item value is slightly higher. However I would think they should improve their administrative work.In total I had 2 orders experience with them so far I am satisfied with the quality.
