I ordered 3 items and plan to wear them around Christmas. Yet the whole batch took more than 2 weeks to ship. When it finally arrived right before Christmas, I found the collar of one of the sweaters has been came apart when i unpacked it. Not to mention I can't wear it at Christmas and was too busy to complain and ask for a refund. The return/refund policy is very unfriendly. I won't recommend this shop anywayUpdate as of 12 January 2025:I received a prompt response from the Customer Service (CS) team after sharing my previous comment. They offered me the choice of a replacement or a refund, and I opted for the latter. The refund was processed immediately. I appreciate the excellent service provided by the CS team and hope to see improvements in the product quality control moving forward.
