I actually order 2 items product but due to one item is being out of stock before clarifying with customer service one of the colleague had serve me promptly and I feel that liwisi had a very good customer service experience for me. Representative Evelyn i would like to thank her prompt respond and service and even offer me to choose another options but I cancel 1 of the item instead and still continue to give me a good service experience. I will come back and support liwisi products again. It has been great.
