I rated it 2 stars because they replied to my emails. The last person being Evelyn.But sad to say the product is sub-quality. The sewing isn't neat but has creases along the hemline . The crew collar isn't symmetrical too. How do you expect to wear such a badly made garment? And the price isn't cheap! Very disappointing.I'm waiting for the second item. I ordered at the same time but it was shipped differently. I hope the second piece which is even more expensive, is presentable. The fotos look fantastically great but in reality it is below par. It isn't any Japanese-made but from a sub- standard factory in China. This is misrepresentation of information. It is deception.They don't have ready stock in their shop. They do drop shipping and there's no way you could track for the items. You don't even know which shipping company they use. And all efforts to track were in vain.I hope to get a refund !
