I placed two orders l. One on 18 and one on 19 Nov. I received the 2 confirmations emails for both orders. For the. Order placed on 18 Nov got a shipment email and tracking number. But the tracking number cannot be used to check the status of the delivery. For the order placed on 19 November, no shipping confirmation and I cannot find my order in the shop app after log in. I sent inquiry email to check but no response.
