I had a non delivery of goods, I assume they were stolen in transit as all I got was a note from Royal Mail and an empty packet. However I contacted their help email and got an immediate response. I opted for a replacement as I did want the goods. They expediated the replacement order and it arrived very soon after they contacted me about the problem I had with non delivery. I took photos of the said items to help with the enquiry. I was very pleased with the response from the company and certainly would trust them again due to the excellent customer care.
