i ordered my goods weeks ago (12th September) and had no confirmation of dispatch until TWELVE days later (I would never have ordered if I knew it took 12 days to dispatch products that were apparently "available" when ordered. On the 23rd September, I sent an email to the customer service inbox. Today is the 3rd October and they still haven`t responded or acknowledged that email.... However, on 24th September, I received an automated email by LKHProduction stating that my order status was updated - and the goods were now dispatched.So.... Here we are..3rd October.. the products still showing as dispatched, no meaningful information within the tracking to show where they are , or when they are due.. and STILL no products.In this new age of aggressive online sales, some businesses will thrive and prosper- based on their speed of delivery and their customer service.. Others will fall by the wayside and fail miserably... I`m clear where LKHProduction future lies... My advice- don`t waste your money on sub standard businesses that don`t actually care about the customer.
