That option doesn't exist on their site. I even sent a screenshot proving it. They never replied.It's honestly ridiculous. I shouldn't have to write formal legal notices and meticulously document everything to stop a $15 subscription via a chargeback, since they're unwilling to cancel a voluntary subscription. The experience has been frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional at every turn.Ask yourself: Is this the kind of company you want handling your business formation or legal matters? I've since watched their rating drop from 4.7 to 4.2 in just two months. That tells you everything.Do yourself a favor and work with someone else. Or file directly through your state's business portal, you'll save money, time, energy, and a massive headache when you try to cancel their services.
