We recently finished a loft conversion and are very pleased with the outcome. The overall service was excellent, especially the pre-sales process, which was both efficient and informative. The construction team was prompt and demonstrated great attention to detail. We were impressed by how quickly the conversion progressed! All the tradespeople were skilled, clearly knew their craft, and consistently arrived on schedule, making the entire process smooth. Special mention goes to a team member who provided us with fantastic layout suggestions and was always very responsive. Additionally, someone in the office did an outstanding job, stepping in to manage several aspects of the project when our original project manager left midway through. The final cost was reasonable given the quality of work we received. However, our initial quote missed a few essential elements that became apparent after the design phase, such as extra steel, tin hat, and some additional brickwork costs. It would have been better to include these in the first quote for budgeting purposes, but the prices for these additions were fair, and I am satisfied with the total amount we paid. I understand this is a common occurrence in construction projects and not necessarily a fault of the service provider. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the project management issue. Overall, we are very happy with our new loft and would definitely choose this service again.
