Our experience was extremely frustrating. Initially, the company charged us and later called to say they were loading the truck, promising delivery in 5-7 days. When we followed up, we were informed that the truck hadn't even been loaded and wouldn't be for another week. Nearly a month has passed, and our belongings are still not with us. Despite reaching out to speak with management over ten times, we've either been refused or given excuses about meetings. Promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled. When we finally managed to get in touch with management, we faced a deadline. Now they're claiming they need an additional $400 because their truck can't access our street. We've faced over $1,000 in unexpected charges. This service warrants investigation, and we will be filing complaints wherever possible.
