I had placed an order with another company and their delivery was confirmed for w/c 22nd May. During that week they changed the date to w/c 17th July without notifying me. I saw that Loads of Stone had stock availability so I contacted them on messenger to check if it was correct. They replied / confirmed within 24hrs so I placed an order with them. My order arrived the following week, on my preferred delivery day. Every time I contacted Loads of Stone I got a response within 24hrs. I can’t fault the service I received (and my garden is now looking lovely). As a comparison the other company took longer to process my refund that Loads of Stone took to deliver my order. Only improvement that could be made is delivery by hi-ab as moving 1tonne of gravel from bottom of drive led to very achy backs the following day.
