No communication regarding delivery. Failure to deliver within agreed delivery window, website states 3-5 working days however it’s been 7 days and I’ve yet to hear anything about my delivery. When I try using the web chat feature, it tells me the order has been fulfilled and will not respond to further queries. They will not answer calls or provide any information about your order, there is no way to cancel as they will not respond to you.UPDATE- After looking through FAQ's I found an alternative number to the one on their website and google details and I was able to make contact. They explained that the delay was caused by waiting for the product to be in stock and offered compensation for my delivery charges. While I appreciate the gesture, it should not have taken attempting to call 20+ times and escalation for me to be informed of the order being delayed. The courier was helpful to a point but could only provide me with the information they had which was limited to them not having received the order to dispatch.
