These are 0 star leads. Why do I say that? Because of my Experience with them over the course of more than a year now with two separate companies that are completely unrelated to each other. I used to take 3 hours of LoanBright leads every day when I worked at a Bank and absolutely 0 of them turned into deals. To make matters worse, I recall no more than 1% of those calls lasting more than 5 minutes. In fact, I can confidently say that about 99% of the leads I’ve taken from LoanBright at either company I’ve worked for were people that were never looking for anything mortgage related, hang ups, bad numbers, people who never filled anything out, or people who were misled by shady advertisements. Every day for months I would have a huge list of the names and numbers of the bad calls that were like this and it was filled mostly with people who never applied or had no idea what was going on. Nothing was ever addressed by LoanBright about this. They would chalk it up to, “Not taking enough calls, bad times, bad areas.” They never took any responsibility for the terrible lead quality and conversion rates. To make matters worse, my account manager Chris E was extremely unprofessional, rude, was not helpful, and even hung up on me once because he couldn’t handle the criticism of the terrible leads that we were paying for. Because of this I would recommend to stay far away from this company and whatever they promise. They have, “Good reviews” that fooled both me and my manager of the branch. I would also recommend to never waste your money on their season pass. It appears to me that they have very misleading positive reviews. I in no way am saying that no one has had success with them, but I changed the time of my calls, the areas my leads were coming from, and the days of my calls, even the company I worked for and the results never changed. They are the still the lowest tier leads I have ever dealt with in this business. That brings me to my next point. Everything mentioned previously was my experience at a Bank that has been around over a hundred years. I now work for one of the largest non bank lenders in the nation that has tremendous success in everything that they do. I take over 180 calls a day and there’s one thing I’ve noticed yet again during the months I’ve spent here so far. I haven’t seen a single LoanBright lead convert into a locked loan. On top of that when I was working in a lower position that only qualified and transferred leads, I took over 220 calls a day on a sales floor of over 200 people. Everyone once in a while I would get calls that went the same exact way it did when I worked for the bank. A customer who was confused, never applied, didn’t know what I was talking about, had their mortgage paid for free and clear, and was never interested in applying for anything mortgage related or was deceived by a misleading ad. It was then that I would look up at the lead source and guess what I saw 99% of the time? LoanBright. So after another LoanBright lead wasted some more of my time I would mark it as never applied just as I did 3 hours a day for months at the bank. The company I now work for has dozens of lead sources, and every time i see a LoanBright lead it’s absolute garbage. Never applied, never was looking for anything, house paid off, no idea what I’m talking about, hang up, or answering machine. It was the same 0 star leads at the 100 year old bank, and it’s the same now at one of the largest non bank lenders in the nation. Not being able to lock or close is one thing that I’m sure they will defend all day everyday. But hundreds of employees not even being able to TRANSFER a call or have a conversation for more than 30 seconds because the customer never applied, was never interested, or doesn’t even have a mortgage? That’s the bigger and more prevalent issue with these leads. There’s no excuse for that.
