Loancare LLC/Lakeview’s customer service is profoundly inadequate and raises serious concerns about their ability to service mortgages at all. Their failure to provide knowledgeable, reliable support is unacceptable.This is particularly troubling with respect to VA loans. Veterans should not be subjected to a servicer whose representatives appear unfamiliar with VA loan guidelines and repeatedly fail to resolve issues. A company with this level of dysfunction has no business servicing loans for veterans.
