Terrible customer service. Repeatedly told my loan modification was approved and in the final stages. Now I'm told I need to re-fill out paper work. This has been going on since 3/22, Requested a payoff which has vague descriptions like fees but doesn't break them down.Their "Office of the Customer" doesn't answer the phone and never calls back. Had to use the services of the BBB who got the ball rolling. Worst company to deal with.
