Horribly incompetent. They "lost" my July payment, and I had to do all the legwork to track it down, cancel the check, wire a new payment, and pay for the wiring fee. Their app is useless, and their website is awful. It makes you log in at least twice, and is up maybe 20% of the time. I've been extremely "underwhelmed" since they took my mortgage over in June. Good news is, they can't get any worse, and can only improve. Caveat Emptor!
