We had an unforgettable time during a pasta-making class with a skilled chef at her private villa. She taught us how to prepare Cacio Pepe, Gricia, Amitriciana, and Carbonara. Her home was serene, and we enjoyed our homemade dishes with great delight. We’ll be reminiscing about these flavors for a long time. It was surreal, and we are so grateful for this experience. Thank you to our chef and the team for a night we will always treasure.
