Company did a good job at the repair of a spring that my home warranty company paid for. What I don't like is getting a text from them 3 months later telling me that my garage door opening failed an inspection. This included a link to a generic report with multiple reasons why I might have failed this inspection. Nothing specific. No photos of the issue. Nothing mentioned during the actual repair. But it did include a link to get it fixed today. Just a shady way of doing business.
