They cost way more than the competition when it comes to delivery, say they have flexibility until you are locked into a contract and magically there is no more flexibility, and ship THE WRONG ITEMS to the delivery address. They never sent the tracking number, they were slow to reply via email about when it would be shipped, and shipped the wrong item WITHOUT PROTECTION. I had to correct the delivery instructions and address on my end as they said "they could not do it on their end".They are good in communication with pick up and accomodating changes to packing and collecting, but after it's in the warehouse you are ignored from any assistance or help, even when I am actively trying to provide help such as delivery instructions and help with identification and other documents. If you want your items back in one piece, choose another service.

We provide boxes for you to pack your items into, we then return to collect your items, store them over the Summer and return them right to your door when you get back to university!'
