The experience I had with local student storage was a mixed bag. On the one hand they were mindful enough to provide an extra box, which I needed, and communications were mostly swift and efficient. However, one of the boxes I sent to them to store was missing on the initial delivery. They were however able to find the box a week after the initial delivery. The customer support was very useful and they were quick to respond.
